Items bought from www.lintelek.com can be returned or exchanged any time, if you would like to return or exchange the item you bought, please contact us.

After your return request is authorized, normally you will receive the refund within 24 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first. Once your exchange request is approved, you will get a new item.

1. You have 30 calendar days to return our product from the date you received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Your item must be in the original packaging.

4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
